- Maintain accurate records, manage systems, and ensure strict compliance standards
- Oversee application, interview, and enrolment processes for incoming apprentices
- Manage timetables, organise exams, and coordinate Academy events (including occasional event attendance to represent the business)
- Contribute to marketing materials and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders
- Provide and monitor effective safeguarding support for all apprentices
- Actively contribute ideas to streamline operations and enhance administrative workflows
Your training
Business Administrator Level 3.
Where it leads
We are committed to your ongoing development. In this role, we will fully fund and support you through a relevant qualification tailored to your experience, such as:
- Level 3 Business Administration
- Level 3 Data Technician
- Level 4 Data Analyst
- Functional Skills Level 2 (English & maths, if required)
You will receive dedicated support from an assigned assessor, structured training sessions, and dedicated off-the-job training time (minimum 20%) to build your portfolio and gain your qualification.
