The Role

As an Administration Support Apprentice, you will provide essential support to our Administration and Onboarding Team, helping to ensure processes run efficiently and learner records remain accurate and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Administration and Onboarding teams
  • Maintain and update learner records within internal systems
  • Support document management and data entry activities
  • Assist with archiving and record maintenance processes
  • Communicate professionally with learners and external organisations
  • Support compliance-related administration activities
  • Help maintain accurate information across digital platforms
  • Assist with departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support the learner onboarding process and contribute to a positive learner experience

Your training

Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. They will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role. Off-the-job training will follow the time allocations outlined in the Occupational Standard.

You will be working towards the Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship standard, which includes:

  • Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
  • Business Administrator L3 Apprenticeship Standard
  • Functional skills in Maths and English if required

This will be delivered by your dedicated training provider, Realise.
