- Deliver safe, respectful and person-centred care to individuals in their own homes and/or supported living settings
- Support with personal care, daily living activities, mobility, meals and hydration
- Provide medication support where trained, competent and authorised
- Encourage independence, wellbeing and participation in social and community activities
- Observe and report changes in individuals' health and wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate and confidential care records
- Follow care plans, risk assessments and Caring@Home Ltd policies and procedures
- Comply with safeguarding, health and safety and infection control requirements
- Communicate effectively with service users, families, colleagues and other professionals
- Complete apprenticeship training, attend learning sessions and work towards achieving the apprenticeship qualification
Your training
All training will take place on a monthly basis at the apprentice's workplace/on Teams.
