  • Pick up incoming support requests, turn them into tasks on the sprint board and size them
  • Use Claude to investigate each request, plan the change and carry it out on the client's site, then check it works
  • Reply to clients in plain English to confirm what was done, and log your time against the task
  • Spot requests that keep coming back and build Claude skills, prompts or automations so they are quicker and more consistent next time
  • Test and check AI-produced changes before they go live, and escalate anything risky or outside your remit
  • Keep short how-to notes so the rest of the team can reuse what you build

Throughout the apprenticeship, learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their programme.
