  • Provide product and application support for customers via phone, with occasional on-site visits
  • Provide continued support for Sales Engineers
  • Test technical applications and create reports
  • Plan, develop, and deliver training on existing products
  • Control the preparation, management, and fixing of demonstration equipment for Sales Engineers
  • Upskill and train sales staff on technical aspects of the product range, both in-person and online
  • Proactively identify areas to improve department operational efficiency and initiate projects to achieve those improvements
  • Understand and observe company and department policies and procedures
  • Proofread and modify all new product release materials (such as product literature, technical and sales manuals, and training manuals) through coordination with the parent company
  • Attend and support marketing exhibitions
  • Travel across the UK and Ireland when required (minimum two nights per month) for sales team development and ad-hoc customer support

Things to consider
