The role will involve working within our front office team and responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Greeting clients
  • Drafting letters and emails
  • Filing
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Other tasks as and when required

Your training

  • The apprentice will be working towards the Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard including a City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma for the Business Administrator
  • Monthly classes at Colchester Institute (Colchester Campus)
