  • Working in the busy site office you will be responsible for supporting the site management team in all aspects of the business
  • Document control of direct employees and sub-contractors
  • Answering telephone enquiries from the client, sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Document control of plans, drawings, delivery instructions and invoices
  • All office duties associated in a normal office
  • Organising meeting rooms and welcoming visitors to the site

Your training

This apprenticeship will gain a Level 3 Business Administrator (A-Level) qualification, as well as Functional Skills in English and maths if required.

Delivery will be via Farnborough  college usually a day release programme. 

Where it leads

If the apprentice is successful then it is hoped that it will lead into full- time employment or progress onto another apprenticeship within the construction industry or consider other avenues such as office management, human resources or recruitment.

We employ and mentor the apprentice and place them with our construction partners and colleges to gain the correct experience & skills to complete their qualifications.

Things to consider

You need to be well organised and a clear communicator as you will be dealing with a variety of people on a daily basis. A good multi-tasker who keeps an accurate diary and records of their workload.
