  • Assist with the construction of exhibition stands, staging, scenic elements, and bespoke event builds.
  • Learn to interpret technical drawings, plans, and measurements.
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Support workshop preparation, including material handling and stock organisation.
  • Assist with on-site installations and breakdowns at venues across the UK when required.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
  • Follow all health & safety procedures and company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with workshop, production, and project teams.
  • Develop knowledge of different materials including timber, MDF, laminates, and exhibition systems.

Your training

The training follows a blended learning model, delivered primarily on-the-job during working hours. A structured learning and assessment plan ensures progress is regularly evaluated throughout the course with quarterly two-day practical sessions at Worcester Training Academy.
