Your training

Over a 5-year period, you’ll complete a Chartered Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship (BSc Hons) - Commercial Property
Surveyor (Real Estate), in partnership with Birmingham City University.

  • One day per week study undertaking an RICS accredited Real Estate - BSc (Hons) course
  • Four days gaining practical experience (both in office and on site)
  • Total 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday 7.5hrs daily - flexible regular start/finish times)
  • Support from experienced mentors

Where it leads

  • At the end of 5 years, you'll graduate with an RICS accredited degree and be ready to sit your Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to become a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS)
  • Likely offer of employment as a Qualified Surveyor and Registered Valuer
