  • Assisting installations — helping fit domestic air‑conditioning units, running pipework, mounting equipment and preparing work areas.
  • Carrying out servicing — cleaning filters, checking pressures, testing system performance and learning routine maintenance procedures.
  • Supporting repairs — helping diagnose faults, replace components and work through real technical problems with guidance from qualified engineers.
  • Learning F‑gas procedures — understanding safe refrigerant handling, leak checks and compliance requirements.
  • Customer interaction - developing professional communication skills while assisting on domestic & Commercial Jobs
  • Training commitment — you’ll need good attendance, reliability and motivation to learn a technical trade, ie F-Gas Courses
  • Hands‑on practical work — tasks involve manual labour, tools, and working in varied indoor/outdoor environments.
  • Safety expectations — following procedures around electrics and refrigerants is essential.

Your training

You would attend the Shrewsbury College London Rd Campus one day per week for your taught input, with the remainder of the working week being based onsite.

We are a small, specialist organisation providing qualified engineers to air‑conditioning installation, servicing and maintenance also, service, install, repair and maintain a wide range of refrigeration systems, from blast freezers and display units to cold stores and Bulk Milk Tank equipment.

We pride ourselves on delivering reliable, high‑quality work across domestic and commercial sites.
