  • Train across both CNC Milling and CNC Turning sections under the direct mentorship of senior operators
  • Learn to safely set, load, run, and unload CNC machinery to manufacture precision components
  • Learn to interpret engineering drawings and utilize precision measuring equipment (micrometers, vernier calipers) to inspect your own work
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment following 5S and health and safety guidelines
  • Attend day-release training at our training provider, maintaining excellent attendance and coursework deadlines
  • Understand the Company’s obligation to quality and to apply the appropriate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) pertinent to the role. Comply with ISO 9001 / 13485 standards
  • Understand the Company’s commitment to Health & Safety and ensure that policies, procedures and safe methods of work are always followed to safeguard colleagues and customers

Your training

  • Training will take place at Printworks Campus, Leeds
  • You will be required to attend college one day per week

  • There is a possibility that this will turn into a full time position on completion of the apprenticeship
