  • Work alongside experienced team leaders and gardeners
  • Receive training on grounds maintenance machinery
  • Learn grass cutting, strimming, and hedge cutting
  • Develop tree and plant identification skills
  • Assist with bed and border maintenance
  • Carry out seasonal tasks including leaf clearance and winter preparation
  • Learn pruning and a wide range of horticultural skills

Your training

  • Horticulture or Landscape Construction Operative Level 2
  • Once per fortnight at BCA College

Where it leads

Full-time job othered at the end of the apprenticeship and level 3 qualification if wanted.

About Roots Shoots Leaves LTD

We are a Grounds Maintenance company that has three sections to it. First is the Grounds Maintenance, second is a tree surgery department and the third is Japanese Knotweed Control that has been running for 20 years.
