- Work alongside experienced team leaders and gardeners
- Receive training on grounds maintenance machinery
- Learn grass cutting, strimming, and hedge cutting
- Develop tree and plant identification skills
- Assist with bed and border maintenance
- Carry out seasonal tasks including leaf clearance and winter preparation
- Learn pruning and a wide range of horticultural skills
Your training
- Horticulture or Landscape Construction Operative Level 2
- Once per fortnight at BCA College
Where it leads
Full-time job othered at the end of the apprenticeship and level 3 qualification if wanted.
About Roots Shoots Leaves LTD
We are a Grounds Maintenance company that has three sections to it. First is the Grounds Maintenance, second is a tree surgery department and the third is Japanese Knotweed Control that has been running for 20 years.
