Your training
Training day is a Wednesday and completed in salon, once a month our training provider comes into the salon to complete theory and on-line exams. If Maths or English is needed to achieve a pass level an online teacher is supplied to work 1-1 with you to achieve a pass.
Where it leads
After completing your NVQ level 2 you will become a Graduate stylist in the salon.

Emotive Hair was established in 2013 by owner Ray at 47a Bell Street. After five years we had outgrown the space and moved next door to 47. Today Emotive Hair has extended to 10 creative individuals spanning over two floors of luxurious salon space.
Our mission has always been to work with young people, helping them grow, thrive and develop their skills. We believe that teaching hairdressing is about much more than learning a trade — it’s about building confidence, communication, teamwork and the interpersonal skills needed throughout life.
