  • Assist the field sales team with quotations for customers. 
  • Contribute toward the overall UK region revenue goal each year.
  • Provide support to the field sales team with the supply of necessary certification as requested by the customer.
  • Manage all incoming leads by qualifying them with a phone call or email before passing on to the relevant field sales rep.
  • Provide 3D images to the sales team for specific equipment set ups using our Revit program.
  • Assist the field sales team with preparing tender bids.
  • Assist the field sales team by liaising with new customers to complete any new account/supplier information.
  • Be responsible for the Net Promotor Score survey responses. 
  • Prospecting new customers to gather new contacts for the sales team to target.
  • Actively promote Atlas Copco Rental using social media, specifically LinkedIn.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Work toward improving processes relating to customer requirements.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
