1.              Learn how to promote and increase sales of Morris Lubricants across all sectors in the UK.

2.              Commit to study for a Sales Executive Level 4 Apprenticeship qualification.

3.              Learn to build new business in all sectors throughout your designated area to achieve your targets.

4.              Create an extensive prospect pipeline using the company CRM and keep accurate records of your progress and achievement.

5.              Liaise with colleagues to learn sales, commercial, technical and marketing knowledge as necessary.

6.              Build relationships with your colleagues & prospects.

7.              Assist and support sales colleagues to address opportunities that are developed.

8.              Report progress on a regular basis including a formal monthly report.

9.              Commit to ongoing personal development to advance commercial skills.

Your training

The training will take place online. Time will be allocated for the leaner to attend the training sessions.

Where it leads

Completing this apprenticeship will lead to the individual being qualified as an Internal Sales Manager.
