You will support the Lettings & Property Management team with day-to-day tasks, including:

  • Managing property files and administration
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Arranging maintenance and repairs
  • Booking & carrying out property inspections
  • Assisting with inventories
  • Assisting with re-letting processes and tenancy progression
  • Conduct tenant referencing procedures
  • Answering calls and handling enquiries
  • Updating systems and ensuring compliance
  • Assisting with tenancy progression and supporting rent reviews
  • Conducting property viewings and feedback
  • Completing and negotiating offers/applications

A full driving licence and access to your own car are essential, as you’ll be travelling between properties.

Where it leads

Successful completion of the apprenticeship can lead to a permanent role within the business, with progression opportunities into Lettings Negotiator, Property Manager, Senior Property Manager, Branch Manager or other specialist property roles. Further industry qualifications and professional development may also be available.
