- Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities with support from experienced staff.

Your training
Training will be delivered through a combination of workplace learning, regular progress reviews and ongoing support from a dedicated tutor at Parenta. Off-the-job training will follow the time allocations outlined in the Occupational Standard and will support apprentices in developing the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to achieve their apprenticeship.
Where it leads
Successful apprentices may secure a permanent Early Years Educator position with opportunities to progress into Room Leader, Third in Charge or other senior Early Years roles.
About Little Pickles Nursery Tenterden LTD
Our purpose-built nursery comprises of spacious rooms designed to provide our children with areas in which to play, rest and enjoy mealtimes. We pride ourselves on how homely and comfortable our environment is. It has been thoughtfully resourced with the children’s interests and Early Years Curriculum in mind. We plan for open-ended activities to optimise the potential for imaginative play and problem solving and critical thinking. All children have access to a beautiful garden, which is carefully resourced to cater for every age group’s needs. From our garden we access open countryside where we walk, run and explore the changing seasons and the natural world.
