The office administrator will provide comprehensive day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure the Maidstone office runs efficiently.

Responsibilities include office management, supplies and equipment, post, reception and telephone duties, travel bookings for Maidstone staff, meeting arrangements including ‘meet & greet’, cleaning and facilities coordination, petty cash, PPE, health and safety checks, fire warden duties and general office compliance.

The role also supports the bid team with preparing CVs, structure charts, submission covers and contents, and business development research. In addition, the administrator provides general secretarial and wider team support, including audio typing, archiving and assisting other disciplines with administrative tasks.

This is a full time post (5 days a week) and whilst the candidate is training will consist of 4 days office based / 1 day college based or college study at the office.
