  • Order and source parts for a wide range of Porsche models from a variety of suppliers
  • Progress parts orders, receive and check deliveries, book parts onto jobs, and store and issue parts and consumables
  • Work closely with our technicians to identify and prepare the correct parts required for workshop jobs and estimates
  • Assist with stock control, parts returns and supplier communication by telephone, email and in person, using a range of software systems
  • Help keep the parts department and workshop clean, tidy and organised, and wash and prepare customer and sales vehicles when required
  • Develop customer service and business administration skills, while assisting with basic diagnostic scans, vehicle checks and other day-to-day workshop tasks under supervision

Your training

Business Administrator Level 3.

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
