  • Supporting Quantity Surveyors with the commercial management of construction projects
  • Assisting with measuring quantities and preparing cost estimates Prepare and review subcontractor and supplier quotations
  • Processing subcontractor and supplier payments
  • Assisting with valuations, applications for payment and cost reporting
  • Assisting with tendering and procurement activities Working with site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Learning how to manage budgets and maintain accurate project records
  • Attending site visits to gain practical construction experience
  • Developing your knowledge of construction, contracts, costs and commercial management

Things to consider

You will normally be required to work out of our Taunton office but will also be required to attend our other office in Swindon as well as sites, on an ad-hoc basis. A full UK driving licence would be advantageous.
