  • Planning and scheduling engineers' work and service visits
  • Processing customer enquiries, orders, service paperwork, and quotes
  • Supporting customers with service bookings, breakdowns, and parts enquiries
  • Creating job sheets, sales orders, and service documentation
  • Managing records, scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate customer information
  • Supporting sales activities, including pneumatic and Infinity product sales
  • Following up quotations and promoting AEP's products and services to existing customers
  • Liaising with engineers, suppliers, purchasing, and customers to ensure work is completed efficiently

  • Once the successful candidate has passed their probation, we have a wide variety of career options, including to continue as a Service Coordinator or move into our Sales team
