You will be trained to install & maintain Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Fire Alarm systems.

This is an exciting and rewarding role for someone with a passion for engineering.

Duties include:

  • Installing, servicing & maintaining appropriate equipment
  • Adhering to safe working practices & able to take instruction
  • Using power tools, lifting, carrying & climbing ladders providing excellent customer service  

Your training

  • The successful candidate will be fully supported by a workplace mentor while undertaking the Level 3 Fire, Emergency & Security Systems Technician apprenticeship
  • This apprenticeship lasts 3-years and takes place at Banham Academy in Earlsfield, London. Training is delivered via block release with each block lasting 5 days
  • There are fifteen blocks in all

Where it leads

  • On successful completion of the FESS apprenticeship, we aim to offer a full-time position as a qualified engineer within our company
