You will support the day-to-day running of the service by:
- Organising meetings, including sending invitations and preparing documents
- Supporting multi-agency working by liaising with professionals and partner agencies
- Maintaining accurate records and updating systems
- Assisting with diaries, calendars, and team rotas
- Helping to track key processes and ensure deadlines are met
- Responding to emails and queries in a professional manner
- Supporting onboarding tasks for new staff
