In this role you'll be working as part of our Learning & Organisational Development team, supporting the delivery, administration and continuous improvement of learning programmes across Change Grow Live.

You'll support:

  • Apprenticeship programmes, which are delivered through external training providers, by helping coordinate learner journeys, provider relationships, records and reporting.
  • Accredited and regulated learning programmes, which are delivered internally to staff and volunteers, by supporting administration, learner engagement and quality processes.

You'll:

  • Maintain accurate learner records across relevant systems and databases.
  • Support the development of reports and dashboards to help the team understand learner participation, progress, completion and outcomes.
  • Collect, analyse and present learning data to identify trends and support decision-making.
  • Support data quality checks and help ensure information is accurate, timely and meaningful.
  • Provide administrative support for learner onboarding, registration, certification and completion processes.
  • Coordinate communications between learners, managers, training providers and awarding bodies.
  • Support audits, quality reviews and compliance activities.
Help gather learner feedback and evaluation information to understand the impact of learning.
  • Contribute ideas for improving processes, systems and reporting approaches.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across Learning & Organisational Development and wider teams.

As part of the role, you'll complete a Level 3 Data Technician Apprenticeship, developing skills in collecting, analysing and presenting data, while applying your learning directly to real organisational challenges.

Your training

Your apprenticeship training will be delivered fully online by Cambridge Spark, allowing you to complete your learning flexibly alongside your role at Change Grow Live. You will access learning through Cambridge Spark’s online learning platform, with support from a dedicated Data Mentor and Learner Success Coach.

You will complete 13 months of apprenticeship training, including dedicated off-the-job learning time each week to develop your data skills. The programme includes online learning, practical activities and workplace-based projects, enabling you to apply your learning directly to your role and support the development of data reporting across Change Grow Live.

(No travel to a training centre is required.)

Where it leads

Completing this apprenticeship will give you valuable experience and a recognised qualification to support your future career. Within Change Grow Live, there may be opportunities to continue developing within Learning & Organisational Development, data, reporting, administration or other roles where you can use your new skills to support organisational improvement.

The experience gained could also provide a strong foundation for a career beyond CGL, including roles such as Data Administrator, Reporting Officer, Learning and Development Coordinator, People Data Analyst or other data-focused positions across a range of sectors. We’re committed to supporting your development and helping you build the skills and confidence to take your next career step.
