Key roles and responsibilities include:

  • Client bookkeeping
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers
  • Data entry into our IT systems
  • Preparation of year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
  • General Tax filings such as VAT returns and Personal Tax
  • General office administration tasks
     

Your training

The apprentice will be expected to attend college lessons, one day per week, to work towards their AAT Level 3 qualification.

In addition, they will be allocated with an assessor who will visit them within the workplace, once every 6-8 weeks.

 

Where it leads

Completing this apprenticeship will enable you to progress to the Level 4 Professional Accounting Technician apprenticeship.
