We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Legal Assistant. As a Legal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our busy Lawyers and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our Firm.

Your training

To Complete Level 3 Business Admin alongside The Business Apprenticeship, it is delivered remotely, with 1-2-1 support from the learning coach. Training will be given in the workplace.

Where it leads

Responsibilities (full training will be given) - Collecting and taking the mail - Distributing incoming mail - Scanning - Filing - Answering the telephones - Ordering documents from the Land Registry - Ordering Searches from our online Search Provider - Taking clients identity documents and certifying the same - Opening and closing files - Photocopying documents - Collating enclosures for reports to clients - Ordering and maintaining stationery supplies - Reception duties to include greeting and assisting clients - Typing.
