As part of our friendly and supportive team, you will develop essential administrative, organisational, and communication skills while providing day to day support across the business.

You will support a variety of teams including Recruitment, Training, Domiciliary Care and Support Living teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone calls and respond to email enquiries professionally.
  • Welcome visitors and provide excellent customer service.
    Maintain accurate records and update company databases.
  • Prepare documents, letters, and reports.
  • Organise and file paperwork, both electronically and in hard copy.
  • Schedule meetings and manage diaries where required.
    Process incoming and outgoing post.
  • Support colleagues with a range of administrative tasks.
  • Ensure information is handled confidentially and in line with company procedures.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties appropriate to the role.

Your training

You will undertake your apprenticeship tutoring remotely by attending monthly one to one learning and development sessions via Microsoft teams with the training provider on a monthly basis and learning on the job with Community Independent Living.

Upon successful completion of the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship you will have gained a national qualification which is recognised throughout the industry and this may lead to a more senior full time permanent role within the company where available.
