Answering the phone/ Dealing with Post

Booking hotels/ Trains/ Flights/ travel requirements

Ordering PPE and keeping track of usage

Scanning delivery notes and entering onto the server

Updating the vehicle tracking system

Updating fuel card/ tracking fobs as and when required

Checking vehicle check sheet report and action anything that is required

Customer compliance

Booking vehicles in for services/MOT’s/ Repairs

Welcoming guests, ordering food if necessary and preparing meeting room

Van first aid kits/ Stock levels etc

PAT testing

Calibration Records

ISO compliance and upkeep

Ordering anything for the office as and when required or asked by someone when authorised

Your training

  • Day Release
  • Qualification in Business Administration Level 3
  • Where a business administrator has not already achieved Level 2 English and maths, they must do so before taking the end-point assessment

Where it leads

Depending on the circumstances of the business upon completion of the apprenticeship programme there could be a potential position of employment available
