  • Provide general administrative support to the assigned department and wider business where required
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, spreadsheets, and documentation
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, meeting packs, and correspondence
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating departmental activities
  • Support data entry, filing, document control, and record management activities
  • Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and external contacts
  • Assist with tracking actions, tasks, and updates where applicable
  • Support departmental processes and ensure compliance with company procedures and  policies
  • Participate in team meetings, briefings, and training activities
  • Ensure confidential and sensitive information is handled appropriately
  • Develop knowledge of company systems, processes, and business operations
  • Complete apprenticeship coursework, training, and assessments in line with programme requirements
  • Work collaboratively across teams and departments to support business objectives
  • Carry out additional administrative or business support tasks as required

Your training

  • The delivery is a hybrid model, with face to face workshops onsite in Cambridge every 6 weeks
  • Online support throughout the duration of the apprenticeship with your provider
  • Internal training available both face to face and online 

Where it leads

  • The role is 18 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC), on successful completion the apprentice may apply for any suitable vacant roles across the organisation.
