- Support the day to day running of the business by providing administrative assistance across different departments, helping stay organised and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
- Gain a broad understanding of how each area of the business operates, including the administration required for marketing, sales support and sales order processing while working closely with our team
- Communicate with colleagues, customers and suppliers professionally, helping to provide excellent service and build positive working relationships
- Develop confidence and skills by taking on new responsibilities, learning from colleagues and contributing ideas to improve processes
- Help keep business and product information accurate and up to date by maintaining records, updating systems, managing documents, and providing customers with clear and reliable information
Location: The role will be based at our company premises.
Your training
- Business Administration Level 3
- Cirencester College
- Whilst the majority of training will take place at work, there will be occasional attendance at workshops (Teams and in person) with the college
Where it leads
By gaining experience across different areas of the business, you will develop a broad skill set and a strong understanding of how we operate. This could lead to future opportunities within administration, sales support, marketing, or other areas of the business.
