What you’ll be doing 👇

  • Supporting Account Executives with a range of day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Conducting online business research using industry-specific platforms.
  • Accurately entering and maintaining information within our CRM database.
  • Using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Speaking with businesses by telephone to verify and update contact information.
  • Assisting with marketing and sales support activities.
  • Learning about business development, marketing and customer relationship management.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues while developing your professional and communication skills.

Your training

To meet the requirements of the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship programme, you will need to spend 6 hours a week of your time undertaking off-the-job learning, which will include:

  • Formal training, including online learning and internal learning events
  • 1-2-1s with your coach and line manager
  • Observing and shadowing colleagues
  • Writing up learning reflections for your portfolio

Full-time employment upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
