·       Providing first-line support for HR administrative queries via telephone, email and webchat, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

·       Acting as an initial triage point for HR requests, assessing queries and directing them to the appropriate team for resolution.

·       Supporting employee lifecycle administration, including processing requests and preparing employee correspondence.

·       Creating employment and financial references for employees and responding to related enquiries from employees and third parties.

·       Assisting with absence management administration and providing support with system and navigational queries.

·       Supporting GDPR and records management processes, ensuring information is handled accurately and confidentially.

·       Processing administrative transactions such as pension enrolments, expense submissions and document uploads to employee personnel files.

·       Maintaining accurate records on HR systems, tracking customer interactions and ensuring documents are stored correctly.

·       Working collaboratively with colleagues across HR Shared Services to meet service levels and support continuous improvement activities.

·       Making outbound contact with employees and managers where required to support the resolution of queries and provide updates.
