  • Support all internal and external management related inquiries or requests
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts
  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
  • Coordinate training sessions and meetings
  • Complete termination paperwork and arrange exit interviews
  • Ensure compliance with Company Policies and Procedures
  • Assist with recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, and initial interviews, social media and emails.
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, personal data, etc.) in accordance with the HR policies and privacy guidelines
  • Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires
  • Ensure distribution of HR documents such as employment contracts, new hire guides
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback
