We’re a not-for-profit organisation delivering creative and inclusive youth projects across London. From music and art to health and wellbeing initiatives, our work is all about empowering young people and building stronger communities.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Business Admin Apprentice, you won’t just be doing admin- you’ll be right at the heart of our work. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Covering reception and welcoming visitors with warmth and energy
- Supporting with general admin duties to keep our projects running smoothly
Assisting youth workers and setting up sessions and activities - Creating engaging social media posts and promotional materials
- Working alongside external agencies and community partners
- Helping young people feel heard, supported, and included

Your training
- Full training will be given, leading to a recognised Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard Level 3 qualification
- Full-on-the-job training will be delivered
- Off-the-job training will be supported by our training provider - Davidson Training UK Ltd
- You will complete the Functional Skills in maths and English up to and including Level 2 (if you don't already hold the equivalent)
- All training will be delivered in the workplace during working hours; no college day release is required

- You'll be supporting young people who may be facing challenges, so patience, empathy, and good people skills are essential
- While there are admin tasks, you’ll also help set up activities, support events, and occasionally work in lively, busy spaces
- Every day can look a little different. Being organised, adaptable, and willing to help where needed will go a long way
- Confidentiality is important, you may hear personal information from young people or partners, it’s important to handle that information responsibly
