Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Respond to telephone and face to face enquiries, providing a high standard of customer service
  • Solve queries/problems or redirect to correct person 
  • Respond to generic emails, direct correspondance to correct person or resolve queries
  • Use computer-based systems as appropriate in performance of duties
  • Update and maintain the company database, ensuring information is current and appropriate
  • Compile, maintain and update files and records, both paper and electronic, including filing and archiving
  • Liaise with internal and external clients as required
  • Service meetings; including booking rooms, minute-taking and processing, meeting preparation, arrange refreshments, course bookings and manage visitors
