  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently across Shopify, Amazon Seller Central and other sales channels
  • Follow up on orders, queries and outstanding actions to make sure nothing gets missed
  • Answer phone, email & DM enquiries in a friendly, professional manner
  • Keep shared drives, records and admin systems tidy, accurate and up to date (general housekeeping)
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in everything you do
  • Help monitor stock, listings and order queues, flagging any issues promptly
  • Prepare and help to plan for external events, such as pop-up shops, teacher conferences
  • Build good working relationships with colleagues across the business
  • Learn and get comfortable using the systems and software that keep our eCommerce operations running

Your training

Business Administrator Apprentice Level 3.

This is a work-based qualification with college attendance one day a month.
