  • Support the Admissions Manager with administrative tasks
  • Deliver administrative support for online and email bookings for our sports camps and correspond with parents
  • Be willing to assist the team with operational duties
  • Support our Theatre Manager and Technician with theatre bookings and front of house duties
  • Help our team to promote our shows locally

Your training

We will train the apprentice in front of house theatre procedures, TicketSolve and admissions administrative software systems. Other team training will also be provided. Throughout the programme, apprentices will develop key workplace skills including IT, communication, record keeping, decision-making, planning and organisation, project management, and interpersonal skills. They will also build professional behaviours such as adaptability, responsibility, and professionalism.

Training is delivered primarily in the workplace by an assessor, with 20% off-the-job learning during contracted hours. The apprenticeship concludes with an End Point Assessment (EPA), comprising an online multiple-choice test, a portfolio-based interview, and a project or improvement process presentation.
