- Provide administrative support to Project Managers across multiple projects
- Coordinate and monitor project tasks, activities, and timelines
- Prepare, organise, maintain, and update project documentation and records
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing minutes where required
- Arrange stock deliveries, transport, and logistics to project sites
- Track project expenses and assist with budget monitoring
- Raise purchase orders (POs), process invoices, and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist in preparation of payment applications and proactively follow up on outstanding payments
- Compile and prepare documentation requested by Project Managers and customers
- Assist with the preparation and submission of client quotations and proposals
- Create and maintain project progress reports and status updates
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to support project delivery
- Ensure project information is accurate, up to date, and easily accessible
- Support continuous improvement of project administration processes and procedures
Your training
Business Administrator Level 3.
Your apprenticeship training will be carried out in the workplace. You will be allocated a work-based tutor from Hopwood Hall College who carry out regular visits and support you through your apprenticeship.
