About Oughs

Oughs is an established, family-run butchery based in Liskeard, deeply rooted in serving the local community, neighbouring villages, and select local restaurants. The current owner took over the shop in November 2022, building on a decade of hands-on experience working directly within the business.

The shop is built on strong relationships with a trusted local supply network, delivering the finest meat, artisan cheeses, and gourmet ingredients, with everything else crafted in-house. Alongside the raw meat counter, the business offers shop-made pies, pasties, and sausage rolls, a dedicated cheese counter, and a curated selection of preserves and chutneys. Operating with a small, close-knit team, every staff member is multi-skilled and able to support all areas of daily operations as needed.
