As an Apprentice Early Years Practitioner, you will support the nursery team in providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children.


Day-Day Responsibilities:

  • Supporting children's learning and development through play-based activities.
  • Assisting with planning and delivering age-appropriate activities.
  • Helping to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
  • Supporting children's personal care routines, including toileting and handwashing.
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and social development.
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Following safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
  • Assisting with meal and snack times.
  • Completing apprenticeship coursework and attending training as required.
