As a Client Services Administration Apprentice, you will work at the heart of our business operations, supporting our Client Services team with the day-to-day administration that helps Taylor Money deliver an excellent service to clients. This is a varied and practical role where you will learn how a financial services business operates, develop your administration and communication skills, and gain experience working with colleagues, clients and external providers. With guidance from the administration and management teams, you will help with client communications, meeting preparation, business processing, diary support, CRM updates and general office administration, while building confidence and knowledge as part of your apprenticeship. This reflects the existing role’s focus on supporting wealth managers, paraplanners and the wider business, as well as the importance of organisation, communication and willingness to learn.

Key tasks will include:

  • Answering the phone, sending emails, preparing letters and communicating with clients, colleagues and external providers in a professional and helpful manner
  • Supporting diary management, booking appointments and helping to prepare materials for client meetings.
  • Assisting with the processing of client business, including completing and checking paperwork, chasing information where needed and helping to keep records up to date on the CRM system.
  • Learning how to support work from start to finish, working closely with the Client Services team, wealth managers and paraplanners.
  • Helping with internal projects under the guidance of the administration and management teams.
  • Supporting the smooth running of the office by helping to keep the working environment organised, tidy and welcoming.
  • Attending and supporting company events where required, including helping to welcome clients and contacts.
  • Carrying out general office administration tasks to support the team and contribute to the overall goals of the business.

For this apprenticeship, we are looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, good communication skills and a willingness to learn. The existing role highlights the importance of being organised, motivated, confident when dealing with colleagues, clients and third parties, and able to work with honesty, integrity and discretion.
