As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Duties will include:
- Managing deliveries and stock control
- General food and vegetable preparation
- Making cold sauces
- Making pastry & pudding items
- Running the pastry section for service
Your training
You will be required to attend College one day per week, term time only at our City Centre Campus in Bath.
Where it leads
On successful completion of the apprenticeship there may be the opportunity to continue to progress at Somerford Arms.
