Come and join us on a National Trust apprenticeship where we will support and develop you to play an integral part in our work to tackle climate change, protect historic sites and help people and nature thrive. You don’t need experience for this role, just loads of enthusiasm and a desire to learn.
This role is a great opportunity to build your skills in leadership, coaching and project management along with developing your communication, motivation and organisation skills.
You will work to build positive relationships with people from varied cultural, faith and community backgrounds.

Things to consider
Able to travel to the work location.
Most of the work will be outside, and often in all weathers. There will be some weekend work required, especially around school and bank holidays. The role will require the successful candidate to work across four different sites.
