As a Support Worker Apprentice, you'll learn how to:

  • Build positive relationships and support individuals to achieve their goals.
  • Promote independence, confidence and life skills.
  • Support with personal care where required, always maintaining dignity and respect.
  • Work as part of a friendly and supportive team.
