  • Use a range of questioning skills in dealings with customers, including listening and responding in a way that builds rapport, determine customer needs and expectations, as well as achieving positive engagement and delivery
  • Lead conversion & client onboarding
  • Provide clear explanations and offer options in order to help customers make choices that are mutually beneficial to both the customer and the organisation
  • Supporting the wider team with general marketing duties
  • Prioritise and plan the completion of tasks according to agreed deadlines
