You’ll learn the essential skills needed to excel as a Dental Receptionist, including confident patient communication, customer experience, and maintaining professional phone and email etiquette.

The programme also builds understanding of dental terminology, treatment pathways, referrals, and the differences between NHS, private and mixed practices.

Your training

Will be in house training 1 to 1 with online course work and Zoom meeting with a tutor.

Where it leads

Learners will also build commercial awareness while strengthening professionalism through good information governance and effective communication with clinicians and managers. Finally, the programme helps develop resilience and wellbeing strategies, such as managing patient pressure and navigating fast‑paced reception environments.
