  • Assist clients with daily living activities while promoting their dignity, comfort, independence, and choice.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Follow individual care plans and instructions, with appropriate training and supervision.
  • Support clients with meal preparation and other agreed household activities, where appropriate.
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect clients' privacy.
  • Follow health and safety procedures, infection prevention guidelines, and safeguarding policies.
  • Participate in required training, supervised practical learning, and ongoing professional development.

Your training

Training & observations to be delivered all in the workplace. Reviews to happen every 10 weeks in person. 

No travel needed for training.
