Where it leads

Upon successful completion of the Early Years Practitioner Apprenticeship, there are excellent opportunities to progress within the early years sector. The apprentice could continue their professional development by progressing onto a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification, with future opportunities to move into roles such as Room Leader, Deputy Manager, or Nursery Manager. There may also be opportunities for ongoing career development within Little Georges Nursery.
