  • Support children's early learning, development, and play activities
  • Assist with daily care routines, including meal times, hygiene, and personal care
  • Help plan and set up engaging, stimulating indoor and outdoor play spaces
  • Build warm, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Assist room leaders with key person duties and basic child observation records
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment following nursery policies
  • Participate in team activities and follow safeguarding procedures at all times

Your training

Training takes place entirely on-site at Zubis Nursery during your normal working hours. You will receive a structured blend of practical, hands-on workplace learning and dedicated study time, with no college travel required.

Where it leads

Upon qualifying as a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you can progress into roles such as Qualified Nursery Practitioner, Key Person, Room Leader, Deputy Manager, and Nursery Manager. We support ongoing professional development and higher-level leadership training.
