As an Early Years Apprentice, the role is to support the learning, development and care of young children, typically aged from birth to 5 years. The primary goal is to develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours necessary to provide high-quality care and education to the children in our nursery.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Providing care to the children; feeding, nappy changing & toileting
  • Liaising with parents, family members and carers
  • Planning and preparing activities
  • Supporting and guidance for the children to learn and develop
  • Safeguarding children at all times
  • Keeping records up to date

Your training

  • Apprenticeship details - 19 months expected duration to complete, working towards your Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprenticeship. (All learning is delivered online/remote)
  • Training Provider: LMP Education (rated 1st best UK training provider)
  • Training will include paediatric first aid qualification

Where it leads

Pass the level 3 qualification, hopefully secure a permanent position.
